Neurobehavioral Aspects of Goal Setting - Danny McLane
Neurobehavioral Aspects of Goal Setting - Danny McLane
Danny McLane is a T.F.H. Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist (CHT), Master Practitioner (CM, NLP), Reiki Master, Instructor B.E.S.T. Self-Help as well as being a former TFH BOD. Danny has also applied himself diligently to advance the integration of S.M.A.R.T. Massage with Oriental concepts and Cranio-Sacral therapy. He is the creator of the system and co-author of the P.E.R.K. manual and P.E.R.K. instructor. After completing his BA in Applied Behavioral Science, Danny is currently moving into his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic Davenport, IA and tending to his duties as Research Coordinator TIHI. Given his vast background, Danny is able to offer a unique and memorable perspective on the Kinesiology process. Danny McLane discusses the three points that guide the process of goal setting with a client and how the brain, more specifically the neuronal pool, processes information and stress. He talks about how the brain can compensate, generalize, and distort information which can create complicated behavioral patterns in human beings. He gives a list of ten qualities that can make a goal more or less stimulating to a person setting a goal. He notes that you can stack several goals to make a more potent balance for a person and clear more stress during a single balance.
