Danny McLane discusses the three points that guide the process of goal setting with a client and how the brain, more specifically the neuronal pool, processes information and stress. He talks about how the brain can compensate, generalize, and distort information which can create complicated behavioral patterns in human beings. He gives a list of ten qualities that can make a goal more or less stimulating to a person setting a goal. He notes that you can stack several goals to make a more potent balance for a person and clear more stress during a single balance.
