Proficiency Class for the 50th Annual Touch for Health Kinesiology Association Conference
March 31-April 1, 2025
This Proficiency Class will be in person with Matthew Thie and Arlene Green.
Cancellation Policy
- TFHKA will honor refunds until 60 days prior to the start of the Conference with a $50 admin fee.
- Transfer your registration from In-Person to Virtual Attendance (and the difference if there is one, will be refunded to you) for an admin fee of $50.
- You can request to have your 2025 conference registration fees applied to the 2026 conference plus an admin fee of $50
- Please note that if the 2026 conference fees are higher, you will be billed for the difference.
- NO refunds for a virtual registration.
- All requests, whether to cancel and get a full refund, switch from in-person to virtual attendance, or postpone attendance and apply your registration fees to 2026 must be made in writing and emailed to admin@touchforhealth.us. There will be an administrative fee of $50 for any changes made on a registration.
You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your request. All refund requests will be processed as soon as possible.
Force Majeure Event
I further understand that upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event (defined below) Touch For Health Kinesiology Association may with thirty (30) days prior written notice, modify the date, time, location and speakers for the event for which I registered, or cancel the event entirely. If circumstances change within the 30-day window prior to the training preventing the event from occurring such as illness or death of a speaker or an extreme or unreasonable difficulty, Touch For Health Kinesiology Association will notify registrants within three (3) days or less of the conference date. In the event the conference is cancelled by Touch For Health Kinesiology Association, a refund shall be issued, less any vendor fees, merchant fees, printing fees, bank fees and venue fees or any other costs or expenses arising in connection with the cancelled event. As used in herein, a Force Majeure Event means any event that by the exercise of reasonable diligence, could not have been prevented by Touch For Health Kinesiology Association and may include without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, war, terrorist acts, major weather events, epidemics, pandemics, shut downs or prohibitions of commercial or other activity by any level of government or authority impacting the training, illness or death of a trainer, and other events. This applies to all workshops and annual conferences offered by Touch For Health Kinesiology Association.
