Aliesa George has more than 40 years of experience in the wellness field, she is the founder of Centerworks® and Bodhi Body Pilates studio. As a self-employed practitioner – she is a Pilates Teacher, Pilates Teacher-Trainer, and functional movement specialist. She is the author Fantastic Feet, Pilates-Walk, and has created/developed numerous products and wellness workshops. Aliesa is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, IIN-Health Coach, Rossiter® Stretching Coach, Bigu Qigong Instructor, and Anti-Gravity® Instructor for Aerial Fitness, Aerial Yoga, and Aerial Pilates. Aliesa studied Touch for Health 1-4 with Arlene Green 20+ years ago, and then went on to participate in the full PKP training, with the primary goal of learning self-help techniques for personal wellness.

Aliesa attended her first TFHKA conference in 2017, and found her “family.” She has been a Board member since 2019, was elected President in 2021, and looks forward to continuing to contribute to seeing the Touch for Health Association grow and prosper. Aliesa lives in Wichita, Kansas with her husband Ford Saeks, and her black cat “Dash.” When she is not working, (she’s doing something for TFHKA!) or enjoying the great outdoors… or learning something new to improve mind, body, and spirit.
