Cancellation Policy

• TFHKA will honor refunds until 60 days prior to the start of the Conference with a $50 admin fee.
• Transfer your registration from In-Person to Virtual Attendance (and the difference if there is one, will be refunded to you) for an admin fee of $50.
• You can request to have your 2024 conference registration fees applied to the 2025 conference plus an admin fee of $50
• Please note that if the 2025 conference fees are higher, you will be billed for the difference.
• NO refunds for a virtual registration.
• All requests, whether to cancel and get a full refund, switch from in-person to virtual attendance, or postpone attendance and apply your registration fees to 2025 must be made in writing and emailed to admin@touchforhealth.us. There will be an administrative fee of $50 for any changes made on a registration.
  You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your request. All refund requests will be processed as soon as possible.
